Do I need a certain level of English to start?
The coaching works best if you can already hold a conversation in English, roughly B1 and above. Not sure where you stand? The free strategy call includes a quick level check.
How do the sessions work?
All sessions are online, one to one, over video call, and everything we practise comes from your real work. You keep the recording of each session to review.
What if I need to move a session?
Let me know a day ahead and we simply reschedule. Sessions are planned around your calendar, not the other way round.
What if the coaching turns out not to be right for me?
Your first paid session is no-risk: if it isn't valuable, you don't pay for it. And because every programme starts with a free strategy call, you'll know exactly what you're choosing before you commit.
Can you explain things in Polish?
Yes. Sessions run in English, but Polish is also my native language, so I can clear up the difficult points in Polish when that's faster.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Companies receive an invoice, and every team programme comes with a written proposal after the intake call.
